New Books
We accept returns on new books only if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at qmoeesg@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defective item. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Pre-Loved Books
All pre-loved books are sold as-is and are non-refundable and non-returnable. As these are second-hand items, minor wear and imperfections are to be expected and are reflected in the pricing.
We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each pre-loved book in the product listing. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
