Delivery fees
- Standard delivery: $5 per order
- FREE delivery on orders of $25 and above (applied automatically at checkout)
Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days island-wide after your order is confirmed. Orders paid by PayNow / PayLah! are confirmed once we have received your payment.
Delivery details
Please make sure your address, unit number and phone number are correct at checkout. Our courier may contact you on your phone number to arrange delivery. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Return Policy for details.
